About Our School
Lincoln Center Elementary serves students from preschool through 5th grade. We work hard to give all of our students the very best in elementary education.
Our teachers are using the best teaching strategies to ensure all of our students learn and make real world connections. Our students are taught to be inquirers, to develop skills in learning how to learn, and to explore relevant topics of interest to them. Learning in this way is highly motivating and keeps our students engaged in school, and encourages them to do their very best. We are fortunate to be able to offer 5 specialists (Music, Art, Science, Gym, Media/Technology), which ensures that we teach all required state standards and gives students a well rounded education.

School attendance is mandatory in the State of Minnesota in order to make certain that all children acquire the necessary skills for success as adults. Establishing good attendance patterns in the elementary years is one of the best ways to ensure a student will stay in school through graduation.
When a student is absent for any reason, the parent is expected to notify the school. Please provide your child’s name, teacher’s name, grade level, and reason for the absence.
